En Sandra Martos valoramos tu tiempo y el nuestro, por eso dedicamos una planificación cuidadosa a cada cita, especialmente en trabajos técnicos de color, que requieren una reserva aproximada de 4 horas en nuestra agenda.
Para confirmar tu cita, es necesario abonar una señal de 40 €, que se descontará del precio final del servicio.
Este importe se puede abonar a través de Bizum, transferencia bancaria (te facilitaremos los datos según el método que prefieras) o directamente en el salón.
Condiciones de la señal:
Se reembolsa únicamente si cancelas con más de 24 horas de antelación.
En caso de cancelación con menos de 24 horas o no asistencia, la señal no será reembolsada, ya que el tiempo reservado no podrá ser reasignado.
Diagnóstico previo:
Antes de tu cita, puedes solicitar una cita de diagnóstico para valorar el estado de tu cabello y definir correctamente el servicio a realizar, asegurando así que el trabajo técnico sea viable y satisfactorio.
Si fuera necesario realizar una mecha test, esta tendrá un coste de 15 €, que también se descontará del precio final del servicio.
Si no acudes al diagnóstico previo y, llegado el día de la cita, no es posible realizar el servicio solicitado, los 40 € podrán destinarse a un tratamiento de recuperación capilar. En cualquier otro caso, no se reembolsarán.

Booking Policy
At Sandra Martos, we value your time and ours. That’s why we carefully plan each appointment — especially technical colour services, which require blocking out approximately 4 hours in our schedule
To confirm your appointment, a €40 deposit is required.
This amount will be deducted from the final price of the service.
You can pay via Bizum, bank transfer (we’ll send you the details upon request), or in person at the salon.
Deposit Terms:
The deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded, as the reserved time cannot be reassigned.
Pre-appointment consultation:
You can book a consultation prior to your appointment. This allows us to assess your hair condition and ensure the technical service is viable — avoiding any unexpected issues on the day.
If a strand test is needed, the cost is €15, which will also be deducted from the final service price.
If you do not attend the consultation, and on the day of your appointment we determine the service cannot be carried out, the €40 deposit may be used toward a recovery treatment package. In any other case, it will not be refunded, since those 4 hours will have been blocked for your service.
